The master programme Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship provides a springboard for a career in the cultural and creative sector. These sectors also consist of a large number of small businesses and freelancers specialised in a particular creative niche. The Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship programme therefore stimulates the creative, entrepreneurial spirit, fully equipping you to start your own creative business.

Academic Career

Are you more interested in academic research or teaching at a University? Then this specialisation will also help you build strong analytical and research skills, enabling you to conduct independent research. This provides excellent preparation for a PhD trajectory. After successful completion of Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship you may be eligible for an abridged programme of the Research Master Sociology of Culture, Media and the Arts. Selection is based on your academic motivation and talent.
